Josh Hammons, FACHE, received his bachelor’s degree from The University of Mississippi and his Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University. A former member of the Mississippi Air National Guard, Josh moved his way through the healthcare world, beginning in 2006, to become Chief Administrative Officer of Delta Health System-Highland Hills Medical Center in January 2021. He became the Chief Executive Officer of Highland Hills Medical Center in April 2023, after the hospital transitioned to its current ownership by Tate County. Josh is a member of the Senatobia Rotary Club, Mission Mississippi, and serves on the Tate County Economic Foundation Board. He and his wife, Jennifer, and two sons, Hayden and Lucas, live in Senatobia.

Jenny Miller, RN, BSN, MHA, serves as Chief Nursing Officer and Privacy Officer. She began her nursing career by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Delta State University. She later earned a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport. Moving through the nursing ranks, she began as an oncology nurse at Central Mississippi Medical Center and later worked at St. Dominic Hospital as Breast Health navigator. Her career continued at Merit Health River Region as Medical Surgical director and Assistant Chief Nursing officer before joining the staff at Delta Health System-Highland Hills Medical Center in February 2021 and helped lead the hospital through the transition to become Highland Hills Medical Center in May 2023. Jenny serves on the Senatobia Rotary Club Board of Directors and the Senatobia Planning Commission. She and her husband, Lindsey, live in Senatobia with their two daughters, Sydney and Molly.

Mike Willoughby is the executive director of Ancillary Services and Compliance officer. Mike studied at Hinds Community College and the School of Health Related Professions at The University of Mississippi Medical Center. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences from The University of Mississippi. Mike has over 20 years’ experience in the Cath Lab and interventional radiology. He is a licensed Medical Radiation technologist by the Mississippi State Department of Health. Mike worked for Merit Health River Region before joining the Delta Health System-Highland Hills team in April 2021. He helped lead the transition of ownership to Highland Hills Medical Center in May 2023. He and his wife Alicia live in Batesville.

Craig Shideler is well known in the area for his long-time career at the helm of the Federal Land Bank which later became the Mississippi Land Bank in Senatobia. Craig also is well known for his service to others. He is an active member of the Senatobia Rotary Club where he served as various officers, including president. Craig and his wife live in Senatobia.

He also is retired military and served in the 172 nd Airlift Wing of the Mississippi Air National Guard. Mike and his wife reside in Senatobia.

Greg Freeman is a life-long Tate Countian. He served as a long-time Tate County educator at Independence High School. Prior to his retirement, he served as Superintendent of the Tate County School District. His father, Albert Freeman, was a long-time member of the Tate County Board of Supervisors. Greg and his wife reside in the Independence area.
