Jenny Miller

CEO/ 

Privacy/Compliance Officer

Jenny Miller, RN, BSN, MHA, serves as CEO, Privacy and Compliance Officer. She began her nursing career by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Delta State University. She later earned a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport. Moving through the nursing ranks, she began as an oncology nurse at Central Mississippi Medical Center and later worked at St. Dominic Hospital as Breast Health navigator. Her career continued at Merit Health River Region as Medical Surgical director and Assistant Chief Nursing officer before joining the staff at Delta Health System-Highland Hills Medical Center in February 2021 and helped lead the hospital through the transition to become Highland Hills Medical Center in May 2023. Jenny serves on the Senatobia Rotary Club Board of Directors and the Senatobia Planning Commission. She and her husband, Lindsey, live in Senatobia with their two daughters, Sydney and Molly.

Craig Shideler

Craig Shideler is well known in the area for his long-time career at the helm of the Federal Land Bank which later became the Mississippi Land Bank in Senatobia. Craig also is well known for his service to others. He is an active member of the Senatobia Rotary Club where he served as various officers, including president. Craig and his wife live in Senatobia.

Dr. Ronnie King

The Rev. Dr. Ronnie King, born and raised in Coldwater, currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Grace Missionary Baptist Church, Memphis. While a Navy Chaplain, he earned a second Master’s degree.  After 30 years, he retired with an Honorable Discharge. He enrolled in the doctoral program at United Theological Seminar. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree in 2017. He resides in Coldwater.

Parke Pepper

Board Secretary

Parke Pepper is the executive director at The Baddour Center in Senatobia, a residential community for adults with intellectual disabilities. One of Parke’s passions, besides his love of and service to God, his family and The Baddour Center, is his coordination of The Dictionary Project, a program to give  every 3 rd grade pupil a dictionary. Parke and his wife live in Senatobia.

Jennifer D. Hall, RN

Board Member

Jennifer Hall has spent the last 29 years working in the Home Health industry. Jennifer graduated from the nursing program at Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia. After graduating from nursing school, Jennifer worked on the cardiac floor at a local hospital and then transitioned to home health. Jennifer is a lifelong Tate County resident and she and her family live in the Greenleaf community.

Dr. Brant Kairit

Board Member

Brant is a proud native of the area.  After graduating from dental school, he returned home to open Senatobia Dental Care in 1999.  Brant is deeply committed to helping Tate County grow and develop into one of the best places to live in Mississippi.   He understands the importance of quality, accessible health care.  Brant serves as president of the Senatobia Municipal School District and was selected as the 2022 Tate County Citizen of the Year.  He and his family reside in Senatobia.

Jay Tindall

M.J. “Jay” Tindall Jr. is a native of Tate County and the former Chairman of the Board/CEO of Tate Financial Corporation and Sycamore Bank in Senatobia.  For the last 45 years, Jay has been involved in the Banking/Insurance and Financial Compliance Business serving in Executive Management and Board of Director roles in multiple companies in Mississippi.  Jay also served as SVP/Executive Board member at Wolters Kluwer FS, the leading provider of Financial/Tax Compliance in the US and Europe, before joining the Sycamore Bank Team.  Jay retired from banking on 12-31-2024 and runs the family cattle business with his son in Tate County.

Mike Zech

Board Member

Mike Zech is a Tate County transplant who happily calls Senatobia “home”. Having moved to Senatobia a few years ago, Mike is a registered pilot and currently flies for FedEx in Memphis. He also is retired military and served in the 172 nd Airlift Wing of the Mississippi Air National Guard. Mike and his wife reside in Senatobia.
